I wrote Bully Boss because I felt a deep-rooted need to share my experience with people who might be having, or have had, a miserable time whether in work or outside of work.   I also sought sanctuary in writing. If Bully Boss helps just a few people in a positive way then I am happy to have made a lasting contribution.
